Call me Jesse.
My family members would draw these incredibly complex letter forms filled with color, action and beauty on media so diverse it gave the art more life. Yet, it was seen as breaking the law and my parents disagreed with art as a profession. My school counselors told me to go into architecture because I was good at math and I would draw every now and then. Okay, I did and I loved it, still do; however, I didn’t love the lifestyle so I switched to graphic design. Why? Architecture showed me the concept of “design” and I loved that concept, but graphic design gives me the ability to take any idea and give it purpose. It showed me that graffiti could be design. With that said, feel free to call me Jesse.
